The Lord has been highlighting to me that this is a month of revelation. This is a critical time where the Lord is revealing much to His people. The Lord is giving people spiritual sight into aspects of what is to come as well as divine strategies for advancement. He is giving them keys and puzzle pieces they will need in their new season. These keys and pieces are coming to them through a variety of sources including time in His presence and time in His Word, dreams, visions, other people and angelic encounters. The reason this is such a time of revelation is because the Lord is preparing and equipping His people as many are being propelled forward into the plans the Lord has for them.
In a vision I saw the Lord calling people by name. He was calling each one and was beckoning them to come into His presence. I saw that as the person stepped in front of Jesus their eyes were transfixed on His eyes. As they starred into His eyes, their vision changed and they were seeing through the eyes of Jesus. In some cases the people were given strategies for breakthrough, in some cases they were given revelation on direction they should take or information they would need for the new season ahead. In other cases the people were given a scene of encouragement and comfort as they looked through the eyes of Jesus. These believers were walking through difficult times but as they fixed their eyes on Jesus their vision was filled with peace, comfort and hope. Romans 15:13 – Now may God, the inspiration and fountain of hope, fill you to overflowing with uncontainable joy and perfect peace as you trust in him (The Passion Translation). As I had this vision I felt there was such an importance at this time to spend time in the presence of the Lord and to be purposeful about fixing our eyes on Jesus. The Lord was beckoning His people to come into His presence as He desired to give revelation they needed now and in the future to advance. As His people fixed their eyes on Him they were able to navigate the quickly changing times with peace. Hebrews 12:2 – We look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection (The Passion Translation).
The Lord also showed me that revelation would be given through a variety of means and it would be important to be open to receive the revelation in whatever way it was given. In a vision I saw that keys and puzzle pieces were being given to people. The people didn’t receive the whole picture or the whole puzzle, just pieces but these pieces were received at just the right time. The Lord knew the whole picture but was releasing pieces of the picture to lift the faith of His people and prepare them for what was to come. Some revelation pieces were given as they meditated on the Word of God, some were handed to them from other people, some were delivered by angels and others were given to them through dreams and visions. Still others were delivered in envelopes into their post boxes and I knew the Lord was saying that some revelation would arrive unexpectedly but it would be delivered in His perfect time. I felt in some cases that revelation would be delivered in surprising ways or through unexpected sources. I feel many will experience an increase in their dreams, visions and angelic encounters as the Lord has much to say and reveal at this time to prepare people for the season ahead. The keys that were given were keys of the kingdom as mentioned in Matthew 16:19 and would be used by believers to unlock things about them in the spirit. The revelation and keys that were released were in some cases for now and in other cases were for the future.
People are moving into a time of quick advancement and the Lord is revealing keys and necessary details of His plan and purposes at this time. Through this time of quick change and advancement, we are to be purposeful about spending time in the presence of the Lord and in His Word. The Lord impressed on me that He was not revealing all details or releasing all the keys at this time as He desires that His people walk by faith. 2 Corinthians 5:7 – For we walk by faith, not by sight. Hebrews 11:1 gives the definition of faith – Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen (The Passion Translation). If we look at Abraham as an example, walking by faith requires you to go to a place you do not know, one that God will reveal as you walk in obedience (Genesis 12:1). On the leading of the Holy Spirit, we are to step out in obedience and use the keys and pieces we have been given, knowing that others will arrive at the time we need them.
