Have eyes to see and stay on the path

As I asked the Lord what was on His heart for Me to release to the body of Christ at this time I heard Him say, “I am calling My people to have eyes to see the plans of the enemy that have been sent in an attempt to delay and derail them. The enemy is sending distraction and deception which is causing My people to have doubt and discouragement at this significant time in their destiny, in an attempt to delay them from moving to the next step I have for them. These onslaughts from the enemy are causing My people to step back when I am calling them to push forward.

I am calling you to take hold of the promise and partner with it in faith and obedience. Now is the time for you to rise up in faith and take hold of the promises I have spoken. Now is the time for you to have eyes to see the lies of the enemy and combat them with the truth of My word. Take every thought captive that is not of Me and break off distraction. Be led by My Spirit and allow My word to be a light unto your feet.

My people must stay on the path I have prepared for them to walk on for it is the path of promise. There is a need for great discernment in this hour in order to identify the schemes of the enemy and discern the true path. Choose only the path where I am leading and align only with that which I am breathing on for that is the path of advancement.

Surround yourself with those who speak life and truth and desire to see you walk in the fullness of the plans I have for you. Seek council and confirmation on the path from those who are discerning, speak truth in love, honour the calling on your life, walk the journey with you and have a desire to see you advance. The lies and schemes of the enemy bring delay and discouragement but My plans bring promise, propulsion and purpose.

Remember the words I have spoken. Remember My faithfulness. I am the same yesterday, today and tomorrow and I will fulfill all that I have promised. My word does not return void. Don’t doubt the promises I have spoken but instead stand in faith for them. Don’t be moved by what you see. Allow My promise to be more real to you than your situation.

Now is the turning point for many of My people but you must press in to Me in order to have eyes to see the schemes of the enemy and eyes to see the path I have for you. Do not be moved but stay on the path, stand in faith and move forward on My leading. I am breaking through and breaking the drought of your situation. Do not grow weary for a harvest will be seen for what has been sown. The enemy knows the significance of the hour and he wants you to turn back but I am calling you to turn your eyes and thoughts to Me and push forward. I will move on your behalf and open a door no man can close.”

The Lord then gave me the verse from Numbers 23:19 (God is not a man that He should lie). The enemy has tried to bring lies and deception at this time to cause many to doubt the promises God has given them. As many are at a turning point where they will see breakthrough in what they have been contending for, a harvest come or the next step in their destiny open up, the enemy has attempted to delay and derail the plans the Lord has for His people but the Lord is calling us to have heavenly perspective and rise up in faith. Faith and unbelief both come by what we are hearing or giving attention to. We choose to have faith come into our heart by hearing the word of God. The Lord is calling us to continue to stand for the promises and continue to move forward on His leading so we will walk in the plans He has for us. He is calling us to partner with Him in faith and obedience, knowing He is faithful to fulfil what He has spoken at the perfect time.

Romans 10:17 (NKJV) - So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Galatians 6:9 (NKJV) - And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

Hebrews 10:23 (NKJV) – Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

Hebrews 6:12 (NKJV) – imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

In 2 Corinthians 2:11 we read that we are not ignorant of Satan’s tactics. We need to have eyes to see the plans and schemes of the enemy. In John 8:44, Satan is called the father of lies and no truth is in him. The devil is called our adversary and a thief who comes to kill, steal and destroy. We need to be aware of the schemes of the enemy and discern when they come so we can then stand against them.

1 Peter 5:8 (NKJV) – Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

John 10:10 (NKJV) – The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

We combat the schemes of the enemy by using the spiritual weapons God has given us and using our authority in Christ. We also need to align our mind and heart with the truth of God’s word. As we fix our eyes on Jesus and spend time in His presence, distractions fall away. Our hope and peace are found in Him. The Lord is going to move on your behalf and will open doors of opportunity, breakthrough and harvest as you continue to take steps on the path set before you; the path of promise. The Lord goes before us and prepares the way but we need to be led by the Spirit and take up the Lord’s invitation to walk the path He has for us.

Psalm 119:105 (NKJV) – Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Hebrews 12:2 (TPT) – We look away from the natural realm and we fasten our gaze onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection.

Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV) – You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.

This is a significant time in your destiny – have eyes to see the plans of the enemy and stay on the path the Lord has prepared for you as advancement and fulfilled promises are ahead.
